There are NO mot advisory notes. It is very surprising to find just how well this model drives. I think the fact that it has had only three owners since 1993 speaks volumes. This is also a very fast 4x4 with 194 bhp on the vgc v6 engine. The clutch, brakes and gear box are all in excellent condition. The engine idles at around 800 rpm with no over heating - and it is gives the driver a lot of confidence - for a high mileage Isuzu, this is a very, very good RS Big Horn model. | The body is in good condition but obviously not perfect as there surface scratches to the body and a few peeling paint patches and the like (with the worst being a bit of rust to the front passenger wing - that has now been remedied since the photos were taken) – but it still looks good, it`s just not brand new. All exterior equipment works as it should do. | The interior is pretty much immaculate other than a few expected marks – and everything also works as it should do. The Recaro seats are fantastic – straight outof a sports car - the interior really is an excellent place to be - the seats are just the best - and the viewing capacities and height make a great combination - I love it. | The mechanics are perfect as this is a very well looked after model – other than one thing – since the mot the back box has diss-attached from the mid section as someone patched it (probably for the mot) – thus it just needs welding or a new back box fitted to the mid section – then it will be 100% A1. It still runs extremely well though, just loud! All of the electrics work perfectly throughout, as does everything else. There are NO dashboard warning signs. | It always fires up instantly and there is no overheating at all. All fluids are as they should be. The idling is around 800 rpm and the oil temp stays at the half way mark – no overheating whatsoever. There are no squeals on full lock and the brakes also feel like new. This is a very solid well conditioned model. I am really confident in the quality and future ability/long life that this model will continued to have. | VIDEO LINK/OVERVIEW - ANALYSIS | PLEASE CLICK ON THE VIDEO LINK BELOW TO GAIN A 360 DEGREE OVERVIEW OF THIS RARE ISUZU BIGHORN LPG MODEL | # THE SLIGHT RUST MARK TO THE FRONT PASSENGER WING HAS NOW BEEN REMEDIED - AS MENTIONED IN THE VIDEO ANALYSIS! | ## THE RUST/MARK AT THE FRONT PASSENGER WING HAS NOW BEEN TREATED, JUST AS I SAID I PROBABLY WOULD LOOK IN THE VIDEO - TIS MUCH BETTER! | FURTHER PRECISE ANALYSIS / IN-DEPTH WRITTEN DETAILS FOR THIS AUDI ISUZI BIGHORN 3.2 IRMSCHER MODEL CAN BE FOUND BELOW THIS LINK. | EXTERIOR OVERVIEW | As you can see the body is in good shape but isn`t perfect – but it still looks good - and the worst mark/rust spot has now been treated and is much better than in the pics - I really think that this model now looks very good. The black paintwork looks stunning when polished. This is very much unlik the worn high mileage (though still good models that are around. This model already has the wind deflectors fitted – and in my opinion no nasty bull bars (that can cause huge impact – though they protect the car). It looks quite sharp in black, especially with the RS graphics on, though they are a little worn, as of course expeced for a 19 year old 4x4. | All of the doors hinges are good and everything works as it should do. The worst mark has been colour remedied and is now very minor - as are all of the marks to the body - for a 19 year old 4x4, this is in pretty good shape! A locking barrel has been taken out of one side - and the central locking is perfect. This model has a tow bar and twin electric fittings at the ready! The 4x4 gear diffs also change gears perfectly and this model also has the power mode. It has marks, but it looks good. It is very solid. | Includes: | Irmscher RS detailing and input | Excellent multi-diff gearbox with power mode | Manual gear box in excellent condition | The brakes are in excellent condition | Alloys that are a little worn but quite good overall – and very rare | Good tyre tread all round – with spare tyre and jack etc | All bulbs working throughout | Tow bar with electrics | Rear tyre in-tact and is un-used (all 4x4 tyres) | Folding wing mirrors (heated) | Front nearside mirror v handy for towing | ## THE RUST/MARK AT THE FRONT PASSENGER WING (1ST PICTURE DIRECTLY BELOW) HAS NOW BEEN TREATED, JUST AS I SAID I PROBABLY WOULD LOOK IN THE VIDEO - TIS MUCH BETTER! | INTERIOR OVERVIEW | The interior is in very good condition. The Recaro seats match the mileage of the car as they are not worn at all and are in very good condition. I could talk about the seats forever – the are fantastic. There are no rips nor tears throughout the entire interior. The rear door opens perfectly both ways. The heated seats work perfectly and are very comfortable - they are excellent seats. The wind deflectors are also a nice edition when on the motorway window down. | The interior specification is very, very good - Big Horn models have a few superior spec over Trooper models. Everything works very, very well. The driving position and all round view is very commanding and it just oozes road presence and gives a great feeling of being in control of the vehicle and terrain - this is a very good 4x4. The interior is hard to fault – it is excellent. | Includes: | Heated mirrors – with electric folding function | Air Conditioning Front and rear head rests | Rear Arm Rests | Adjustable steering wheel Electric windows (working perfectly) Electric mirrors (working perfectly) – with folding action – and heated! Excellent seating positions/choices | Cigar lighter works perfectly (for sat nav etc) All interior bulbs are working perfect | Numerous storage compartments | THE DRIVE | This model is drives without any faults what-so-ever. It actually feels very nimble and is a very solid model. It is incredibly smooth with no nasty rattles (other than the need to connect the back box to the mid section) and there are no other unwanted noises. It can be driven with absolute confidence. In my eyes it is an excellent all round 4x4. All of the essentials are in perfect condition. The exhaust does need doing though due to it looking like it was patched up for the recent mot, hence it is in need of repair - but it`s not a big job at all - and obviously it can be patched up again if you want to go down that route! | The mileage is in kms showing 294K – equiv to 180k miles – and to my surprise it runs 100% perfectly (other than the stated exhaust). All of the fluids and oils etc are perfect. The brakes, clutch and gear box feel perfect. | The oil doesn’t over heat and stays pretty much half way and the coolant level fluctuates from low to a third way up – again no signs of overheating whatsoever. The electrics are faultless. The engine is also in excellent shape and the rpm is very constant at 800rpm without fail. It has only had three owners since 1993 – I think this speaks volumes – and the recent mot has NO advisories. | Includes:MOT to May the 1st– WITH NO ADVISORIES)Tax to the end of October 2012 | Very smooth 3.2 V6 engine with rpm at around 800 rpm | Excellent clutch | Excellent gearbox - and 4x4 gears | Excellent brakes (and ABS) | NO dash board warning lights lit - all is very wellABSPASOne keys + one immobiliser units | LPG INFORMATION | This model has the standard LPG installation documentation. You can switch over onto LPG once the water temp is nearly half way. All the you do is press the revs once or twice and you can hear a little click – and the indicator on the LPG gauge by the steering wheel has a light the goes off to show that it is on LPG – it can be turned onto LPG once the coolant is just under ¼ up. It runs 100% perfectly on LPG or gas. To switch back over you simply press the button the other way and it instantly goes back onto petrol – simply as that! It runs just as well as it does on gas as it does on petrol. If you run it on gas 24/7 and then go back to petrol. It really is a simple as that – as this one runs faultlessly and thus there are no complications even at this high mileage. On these vehicles, as long as they have been looked after, they can run into ludicrously high miles - and this one really does feel tip-top. | As for the costs of running this vehicle on LPG, I read the the mpg on petrol is 28mpg. With petrol costing around £1.37 - you can basically doubled the mpg to 56 (from 28) seen as the lpg costs are half of that of petrol or there abouts - my local lpg place costs 68p) - hence the cost is half the price - but the mpg is equivalent (only in cost) to 56mpg if one were to spend the same amount on petrol. | In short, the 28mpg is half the cost as lpg is half the cost of petrol - which can also be understood to be 56mpg in relation to an equivalent `spend` on petrol - hence it can be seen to be an equivalent `running cost` to 56mpg!
